Chloé is a movement and vitality coach based out of Los Angeles. Her approach stems from the power of habit changing and consistency. She coaches people in movement, nutrition, sleep, mindset and recovery. She has a B.A. in Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University and is certified as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. She also holds numerous certifications.

Chloé began as a Sports Performance Coach working under Exercise Physiologists, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Chiropractors and professional Track and Field athletes. She worked at Equinox for several years where she climbed the ranks to a Tier X coach and ranked in the Top 100 Trainers many times.

She loves working with people who are looking to improve in their running abilities, to feel strong in their bodies and to prevent themselves from getting injured.

As a previous D1 athlete, Chloé came across injuries. She wanted to learn how to heal her body, work through dull pain and prevent herself from getting injured again. This influenced how she approaches her practice now. She trains people from both a PRE-habilitative and RE-habilitative place, with intentional variable movement as her focus.

After working with a world-renowned Chiropractor, she learned the importance of connecting the mind and the physical body and how they’re highly influenced by each other.

In order to achieve alignment, she says, “We must understand how our individual bodies move and learn how to optimize our movement patterns.”

Alignment is the key to effortless movement.” Chloé Levray

Aliyah is a UX Researcher from Long Beach, CA. She is a previous collegiate dancer and has an M.S. from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in Public Relations from USC Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism.

While in college, Aliyah began hosting a wellness show and analyzing the intersections between health/wellness and other industries.

Growing up as a gymnast, Aliyah says “my body became my temple at a young age.” She was fascinated by how her actions and choices could uniquely impact her body both positive and negative. As the daughter to an integrative health coach; she was raised to pay attention to how her body responded to what she ate and how she lived.

She believes those formative years truly set a foundation for her relationship to fitness. She says music is key for her workouts and as a dancer she always managed to implement tempo-based elements into her workouts. Aliyah loves how exercise makes her feel strong and continuously gives her the confidence to work through the obstacles of life.

“MUSIC IS HOW WE CAN FEEL EMOTIONS. EXERCISe AND MOVeMent IS HOW WE CAN RELEASE THEM AND CONNECT WITH OUR BODY.” Aliyah Abdullah
